Amazing weeding on board Ocean Divine Maldives for keen surfer and diver Claude and Yvonne

“The Maldives. Ari Atoll and Hulumale! My favorite places on earth”, said keen surfers and divers Claude and Yvonne when they visited us aboard for a short trip last year.

They love the Maldives so much that this year they decided to repeat their wedding vows joined by their closest Singaporeans friends on board Ocean Divine. And we were so proud that they decided to choose Ocean Divine for this incredibly special occasion in their lives. And what a week they got. We started with a cruise to Ari Atoll where Claude, Yvonne and their guests dove everyday on some of the best dive sites in the Maldives including Kuda rah Thila, Broken Roc and Maamigili South Ari. These sites are renowned for spotting the beautiful and majestic Whale Shark.

A stunning starry night and an untouched island beach was the setting for our first wedding aboard Ocean Divine. The crew set up a beautiful wedding table setting and served a delicious range of beautifully prepared meals for the guests, all set to the backdrop of the turquoise waters of the Maldives and the serenely white sands of our private beach near Centara Resort. As the sun set, Claude and Yvonne arrived in their personally chauffered water limousine (Our Dhoni) and were greeted by the close friends in readiness for the ceremony.

Claude and Yvonne could not believe the effort out team went to, to provide them with such a magical experience for this special occasion. It was definitely what dreams are made, we heard whispered a few times. A very moving event for all involved, especially for our team aboard Ocean Divine. Thanks team for helping create such an amazing occasion for our most wonderful guests. Words can little describe how appreciative Claude and Yvonne are that we would prepare such an occasion for them. Check out all the great photos below, they really set the scene.
